All Conway Stewart pens are made/assembled to order and perfection cannot be rushed! Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your pen. If required for a particular date, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make sure it reaches you in time.
All the products displayed on our website are bespoke by nature, in that they all have a number of customisable options (nib styles, engraving etc). Each pen is made and assembled to order and as a result, delivery is likely to take up to 28 days. Jack Row pens will take longer – 6 to 8 weeks. In the event that delivery takes longer than these estimated delivery times, we will advise you by email.
Standard UK delivery for all orders is £10.00
Standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service which requires a signature on delivery. You will receive an email from our despatch team confirming despatch and providing a tracking number. Delivery is scheduled before 1pm the following day (Monday – Saturday). Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be awaiting collection at your local Post Office.
European and International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide at a universal cost of £20 or other currency equivalent. If you have any questions about deliveries, please contact us. Some approximate times for delivery are:
– Western Europe, including ROI: 4-6 days
– Eastern Europe: 6-8 days
– Rest of the World: 10-12 days
European and international deliveries are generally shipped by Royal Mail International Signed-For service which is trackable throughout and requires a signature on delivery. Royal Mail partners with your local postal service in each country to deliver. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel. If you are not available when your local postal service attempts delivery, a calling card will usually be left to notify you and your parcel will be taken back to your local post office depot for you to collect or arrange for re-delivery.
Periodically your local Customs office may hold deliveries for periods up to 3 weeks before the parcel is released for delivery to you. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Any duties or taxes incurred with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your parcel is lost or stolen en route, please contact us and we will investigate. If as a result of our investigation the parcel cannot be traced we will send another pen to you or refund you in full.
